Are you ready for a new Yoga Adventure? Yoga and Rafting Retreat.
Yoga is both a physical practice that stretches and strengthens your body and a mental practice that calms and clarifies your mind. This retreat offers both physical movement practices (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and meditations. We will focus on a specific theme and teaching for 3 days to help you build your practice and expand conscious awareness.
Take time for yourself and jump into the perfect outdoor and adventurous yoga retreat. This trip is like no other.
